AR Staffing Solutions Ltd. ("we", "us") is a staffing and labour hire agency based at 110 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland 1023, New Zealand. This policy covers our website, our candidate registration process and our client services.
Job seekers: name, contact details, location, work preferences, CV and work history, references, work eligibility and visa status, licences and certifications, and health and safety information relevant to placements.
Clients: business contact details, site and role requirements, and records of the staffing services we provide.
We use personal information to match candidates to roles, verify work eligibility, arrange placements, pay our employees, invoice clients, meet health and safety obligations, and comply with New Zealand law (including employment, tax and immigration requirements). We do not sell personal information.
Candidate details are shared with prospective employers only as needed to arrange a placement. We may share information with government agencies where required by law (for example Inland Revenue, ACC or Immigration New Zealand), and with service providers who support our systems, under confidentiality obligations.
Information is stored on secured systems with access limited to staff who need it for their role. We keep records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then securely delete them.

Forms on this site send your details directly to our team so we can respond. We use minimal cookies and no advertising trackers.

When you register as a candidate, the details and CV you provide are stored in our recruitment system (Zoho Recruit) and used to match you with work, as described at the point of collection. When you submit an enquiry form, your details are emailed to our team and stored so we can respond. We collect only what we need, and you may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time under the Privacy Act 2020 by contacting support@arstaffingsolutions.co.nz.
